The Challenge
Empty nesters wanted to convert their loft into a master suite, creating a private retreat while freeing up the ground floor bedroom for a home office. Planning and building regulations approval was required.
Our Solution
We handled the full planning process and designed a rear dormer that maximised headroom. The conversion includes a spacious bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, and luxury en-suite with underfloor heating.
