The Challenge
Homeowners wanted to extend their 1930s semi, but planning constraints meant the roof design was critical. A traditional pitched roof would overshadow the neighbour's garden.
Our Solution
We designed a flat-roofed extension with a sedum green roof that satisfied planners and neighbours alike. The additional living space flows seamlessly from the existing kitchen.

Green roof extension approved, 20sqm added, planning conditions exceeded
A beautiful extension that has transformed the ground floor into a spacious, light-filled living area. The green roof supports wildlife and looks stunning from the upstairs windows.
