The Challenge
A growing family needed more space but loved their neighbourhood. They wanted a substantial extension to create an open-plan kitchen diner while adding a fourth bedroom and en-suite above.
Our Solution
We designed and built a two-storey rear extension with bi-fold doors opening onto the garden. Structural steel allowed for maximum open-plan living, and we matched the brickwork perfectly to the existing house.
The Outcome
Two-storey extension completed, 45sqm added, property value increased by £150k
A stunning extension that has transformed how the family lives. The open-plan kitchen diner is now the heart of the home, with the new bedroom and en-suite providing much-needed space for the children.
